Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support our marine and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out land and construction surveying activities for marine and infrastructure works.
- Establish and maintain project control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and levels.
- Conduct topographic, setting-out, as-built, and verification surveys.
- Set out roads, utilities, earthworks, structures, foundations, and other infrastructure works.
- Carry out surveys for marine works, including reclamation, rock placement, revetments, marine edge protection, and related works.
- Verify line, level, alignment, coordinates, dimensions, and elevations against approved drawings.
- Conduct quantity and progress surveys and support measurement of completed works.
- Prepare and review survey reports, as-built drawings, and survey records.
- Coordinate with the Engineer, Contractor, Geotechnical Engineer, Marine Inspector, and site teams to resolve survey-related issues.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GNSS/GPS, digital levels, and other relevant equipment.
- Check and verify survey data and ensure accurate recording and documentation.
- Monitor survey activities and ensure compliance with project requirements and approved procedures.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in land surveying and construction surveying.
- Experience in marine and infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong experience with setting out, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and construction measurements.
- Proficient in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD , and relevant surveying software.
- Good knowledge of coordinate systems, levels, benchmarks, and survey control.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
