Engineering Standards & Governance

- Create governance that raises the bar for consistency, quality, reliability, and operational performance across capital and expense programs.

- Bring engineering, architecture, construction, facilities, and operations teams together around clear design criteria and best practices.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on building systems, lifecycle planning, infrastructure reliability, and engineering risk.

Compliance Program Leadership

- Lead national compliance programs that protect our people, facilities, and operations while meeting engineering, life-safety, regulatory, and building-code requirements.

- Turn reviews, audits, and performance insights into clear corrective actions and measurable results.

- Champion improvements that reduce risk, strengthen reliability, and unlock greater operational efficiency.

Program & Portfolio Management

- Own a portfolio of enterprise initiatives tied to AT&T’s most important business priorities.

- Drive end-to-end execution across budgets, schedules, scope, milestones, SLAs, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.

- Build scalable governance processes, metrics, templates, standards, and documentation that make teams more effective.

- Partner with a national team of project managers to deliver critical engineering, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget.

- Use designated AI tools to simplify workflows, strengthen analysis, and create effective process and training materials.

Stakeholder Leadership

- Collaborate with senior leaders to set priorities and align resources to business goals.

- Translate complex program, risk, and financial information into clear recommendations for executive audiences.

- Build alignment across functions and inspire adoption of stronger governance and execution practices.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering; Construction Management; or a related field preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in MEP engineering, facilities management, construction, or infrastructure program management.

- Experience leading national portfolios and governance programs.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, life-safety requirements, and facilities operations.
