Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and grow the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio through proactive acquisition strategies.
- Provide personalized financial services and recommend suitable consumer banking products to meet customers' financial goals.
- Achieve individual sales and service targets through active participation in branch activities, roadshows, and outbound customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and increase product holding.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory, compliance, and operational risk standards to ensure secure, fair, and ethical banking practices.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management within the banking and financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Good understanding of consumer banking products, financial market trends, and wealth management concepts.
- Possession of relevant regulatory certifications is highly advantageous.
