What You’ll Do:

The Tax Analyst, International Tax & Transfer Pricing will support the Company's global tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing activities. This position offers exposure to global tax regulations, transfer pricing policies, and multinational business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal finance teams, external advisors, and tax professionals worldwide to ensure compliance with international tax requirements and support strategic tax initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

International Tax Compliance & Reporting

- Assist with the preparation and review of international tax components of the U.S. federal income tax return, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and related disclosures.

- Support the calculation and analysis of GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, FDII, Pillar Two, and other international tax provisions.

- Gather, analyze, and validate financial information from foreign subsidiaries for tax compliance and reporting purposes.

- Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.

- Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assist in evaluating impacts on the organization.

Transfer Pricing

- Support the implementation and monitoring of global transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing arrangements.

- Assist in preparing transfer pricing calculations, benchmarking analyses, and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with external advisors on preparation of transfer pricing studies and local country documentation requirements.

- Analyze intercompany transactions for consistency with arm's-length principles and company policies.

- Partner with business and finance teams to ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions.

Tax Planning & Advisory Support

- Research technical international tax issues and prepare concise summaries and recommendations.

- Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries, audits, and information requests.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

- Maintain tax calendars, workpapers, and documentation supporting compliance activities.

- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives related to tax data collection and reporting.

Skills that Make a Difference:

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field from an accredited college or university.

- Minimum of 5 years of U.S. corporate income tax experience in public accounting or large multinational corporation with exposure to U.S. international tax (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, etc.).

- Understanding of U.S. international tax concepts, including foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, and transfer pricing fundamentals.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prepare accurate work and manage multiple data sources

- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible work environment

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Considered a Plus:

- CPA certification or progress toward CPA.

- JD or Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting.

- Experience with multinational corporations.

- Familiarity with SAP, BPC, OneStream, Oracle, or similar tax and financial systems.

- Transfer pricing experience.

- Exposure to OECD transfer pricing guidelines and country-by-country reporting requirements.

- Knowledge of Pillar Two and global minimum tax regulations.
