CLA is looking to hire a Transformation Associate to join our growing team.

The Transformation Associate supports firmwide transformation initiatives by reviewing current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, integrating technology, communicating impacts, and monitoring measures of success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

In this role, you will:

- Assist with the development, documentation, standardization, and training of transformation processes across the firm.
- Help deliver training to practitioners and transformation champions as needed.
- Develop communications that encourage adoption of new initiatives and support effective change management.
- Assist Transformation Managers and Directors with projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support project planning, task tracking, and annual assignments.
- Consult with subject matter experts to support project goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with service, industry, business, and project leaders across CLA.
- Help reinforce established process standards, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions.
- Measure key performance indicators and other success metrics.
- Run reports, conduct analysis, and coordinate with teams across the firm to monitor project outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A combination of relevant education, experience, and training may be accepted in place of a degree.
- One year of public accounting or professional services experience is preferred.

Technical Competencies

- Advanced knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project management skills, including attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and leaders across multiple functions.
- Basic knowledge of one or more applications used by CLA practitioners is preferred, including: CCH Axcess Tax CCH ProSystem fx Engagement FloQast QuickBooks
- Ability to travel less than 10%.
