We are looking for a Site Finance Business Partner to join our Production Finance team and support two productions sites in the Central Jutland region. Whether you already have Business Partner experience or ready to take the next step, we would love to hear from you.

How you will make an impact

As Site Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the site leadership team, influence strategic decisions, and help drive performance across two production sites.

You will turn financial insights into actions, challenge assumptions, and support decisions that create long-term business value.

Your responsibilities include

- Partnering with the site leadership team on strategic and operational decisions
- Driving forecasting, performance management, and financial transparency
- Translating financial data into clear business recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency
- Ensuring consistency and quality in forecasts and performance reporting
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance colleagues
- Supporting improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices

As the financial lead for the sites, you will be the key link between Finance and Operations, helping create one shared view of performance and priorities.

Being close to your stakeholders is key to succeeding in this role, and your work location will therefore be split between the two production sites.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a curious, ambitious finance professional who enjoys working equally with people as much as numbers.

You likely have

- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience within Business Partnering, FP&A, Consulting, or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical, stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience with forecasting, business cases, and performance management
- A proactive mindset and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse solutions is an advantage
- Fluency in Danish and English
