Job Summary

In this role You will be responsible for providing specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes on HR policies and practices for effective people management.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Work with Eastern European HR Business Partners and Managers on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication across Eastern Europe
- Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business leaders and key stakeholders across organization in professional (B2B) and consumer (B2C) verticals
- Collaborate closely with talent acquisition team in campus activities
- Advises line managers on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries
- Implementing global HR initiatives and projects into local levels
- Support managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage complex cases regarding employee contracting, compliance and ethics
- Appliy reward policies, payroll, and benefit management
- Handle reporting and analytics
- Support HRBP's with application of HR interventions
- Drive continuous standardization and improvements in working methods, including addressing communication and portal content for further standardization
- Suggest policy improvements to the local Center of Excellence based on day-to-day experience and supports translating policy and legal design into processes deliverable by HR Services
- Act as escalation point to coordinate resolution of complex individual employee matters.

Critical Experiences

- You have an experience in HR domain and passion to still develop in HR function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have track record in HR advisory roles, with a focus on employee relations, HR policies, and legal compliance, implementing and cascading global policies and projects into local levels
- You demonstrate proficiency in English and Polish
- You are an individual with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- You are very strong in communication, with a great collaboration and social skills
- You are strategic-oriented with operational approach and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
- You enjoy to work with people
