Overview

SSM Health O’Fallon Day Institute is seeking a dynamic full-time Center Manager PT, OT or SLP to join our amazing team!!

Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri

Salary: $75K - $100K based upon experience

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. Responsibilities

- Provides the daily management and supervision of services at assigned clinic location.

- Maintains a reduced patient care caseload while responsible for the leadership of the clinic.

- Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor.

- Facilitates team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions.

- Will be involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.

- Responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic.

- Identify key indicators and impact them.

- Communicates with Market Manager on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement, staffing issues and performance appraisals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology required.

- If SLP: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience required.

- Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist required.

- A minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in a Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic setting required.

- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
