YOUR MISSION:
Execute and contribute to the CRM strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group Digital strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Execute and contribute to the CRM strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group Digital strategy and long-term business objectives of the organizational unit(s).
- Monitor and optimize team members' use of the CRM system, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating them to senior management when necessary.
- Provide support and advice to maximize the effectiveness of data management systems.
- Analyze best practices in digital channel management through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, and feedback from cross-functional partners to enhance site features and functionality.
- Independently collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to generate standard insights.
- Offer support and advice to optimize the use of external communications systems.
- Collect and clearly express business requirements using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Conduct customer and market research using established techniques to gather and analyze relevant data.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Implement and monitor required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, and notify security experts of any issues.
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching, to develop personal capabilities.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Possess a Short-Cycle Tertiary Education and have sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Demonstrate basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
