Business Intelligence & KPI Governance
- Partner with Product Operations leadership and program owners to define KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into financial and operational performance.
- Establish standardized KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance practices.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational and financial reporting.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
- Experience developing and maintaining cost models, standard costing methodologies, and WMS/ERP system management.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing, refurbishment, reverse logistics, supply chain, distribution, or technology operations environments.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and operational performance reporting.

- Experience implementing automated reporting and self-service business intelligence solutions.
