- Strategic Programme Leadership: Own and evolve key talent formats such as the E-Level Programme, Leadership Essentials Programme and Traders Training, setting strategic direction and quality standards while ensuring programmes remain relevant, scalable and impactful.

- Business & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and HR colleagues, translating business challenges and future capability requirements into effective talent solutions and career development opportunities.

- Talent Engagement & Career Development: Create meaningful development and career experiences that strengthen capability, engagement and retention, while enabling talent to build networks, organisational exposure and ownership of their development.

- Impact, Innovation & Governance: Define success measures, use talent data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve the portfolio.
