## Job Description Summary:
Energy Team is a fast-growing company where new challenges and growth opportunities take place!

We are looking for a talented mid senior candidate with 3-5 years’ experience to join us and support the Business Development and Regulatory Affairs Unit.

Job Description:

She/He will contribute to the identification, assessment, and development of new business opportunities arising from the evolution of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and innovative energy technologies.

The objective of the role will therefore be to analyse emerging market trends and regulatory developments, translate them into concrete business opportunities, and support the creation of new products, services, and commercial initiatives.

She/He will work at the intersection of business development, regulation, and customer engagement, acting as a link between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be expected to combine analytical thinking, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills, continuously exploring new market opportunities and supporting their development from idea to execution.

Job Description Main activities

- Monitor and analyse energy market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks.

- Identify and assess new business opportunities arising from market and regulatory evolution.

- Support the development of innovative products, services, and commercial offerings.

- Contribute to business case preparation, market assessments, and investment evaluations.

- Engage with customers, partners, technology providers, institutions, and industry stakeholders.

- Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

- Act as a point of contact between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs functions.

- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry working groups.

- Support the growth of business initiatives related to energy flexibility, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electrification, cold ironing, demand response, distributed energy resources, and other emerging opportunities.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic analyses to support business growth.

- Depending on experience, possibility to coordinate and manage projects and people.

Key Requirements

- 3- 5 years’ experience in the energy sector.

- Strong interest in business development, energy markets, and innovative energy solutions.

- Ability to understand and assess the business implications of new regulations and market developments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

- Curious, proactive, and willing to continuously learn new topics and sectors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in preparing business cases, market analyses, or strategic evaluations is considered a plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in evolving and fast-growing business environments.

- Fluent in Italian and English

Salary range : 35 - 45k

The compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with EU pay transparency.
