Your Role
- Create and execute test scripts supporting Medius and IFS integration, including invoice capture, purchase order and non-purchase order processing, coding, matching, approvals, exception handling and payment handoff.
- Develop future-state process documentation, process flows and training materials to support implementation and user adoption.
- Provide post go-live support to finance and business users, helping to identify, log and resolve system defects with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Develop reporting requirements for statutory and business needs, support SOX-related control documentation and work with the finance team to validate accounting processes within the ERP system.
- Contribute to additional project and business duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications : AAT or equivalent accounting qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience: Experience within a transaction processing environment, reconciliations, ERP systems and system testing. You should be comfortable working in a changing environment and able to use your initiative. Experience of system implementation, AP scanning systems or CIS knowledge would be beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent documentation skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
