- Industry Knowledge:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Familiarity with manufacturing, shipbuilding, pre-apprenticeships, or industrial workforce settings.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Skills:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with diverse candidate pools and educational institutions.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Prior agency experience a huge plus!
