Consolidation and Reporting Senior Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Responsible to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation and reporting across the Group, supporting management decision-making and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries.

- Manage intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments and financial data validation.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare consolidated financial and management reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.

- Coordinate with subsidiaries, internal teams and external auditors.

- Maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.

- Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities within consolidation and reporting processes.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

- CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is desirable.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, ideally within a multinational environment.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and consolidation systems. NetSuite experience is desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
