Your missions

As a Fund Accounting Specialist , you will:

- Perform controls and reconciliations between the existing and new back-office environments.
- Run and monitor parallel runs to ensure consistency and accuracy between both fund accounting systems.
- Analyse and investigate discrepancies between the two environments.
- Validate fund accounting data, calculations and processes.
- Work closely with fund accounting teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the successful migration and transition towards the new back-office environment.
- For Senior profiles, provide guidance to junior team members and take ownership of more complex issues.

Your ideal profile

- You have solid professional experience in Fund Accounting.
- You have a strong understanding of fund accounting processes, controls and reconciliations.
- You are comfortable analysing discrepancies and investigating their root causes.
- Previous experience with back-office migrations or transformation projects is a strong asset.
- For Senior positions, you have previous experience in a management or coordination role.
- You are analytical, rigorous and detail-oriented.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- You are comfortable working on-site in Luxembourg.
