We are a product team within Sanofi's Digital R&D organization, building digital tools to accelerate clinical trials. Our mission is to leverage the latest technologies, including AI, to reduce the time and complexity of running clinical trials worldwide by giving teams better products, better data, and better workflows. The team is structured around Product Owners who each own a product or product area

Main responsibilities:

- Participate in generating user analytics and insights by analysing how users interact with our products, identifying friction points, and surfacing patterns that inform roadmap decisions
- Take part in bringing consistency across products by developing templates, frameworks, and documentation that make the team more aligned and scalable
- Support the early-stage exploration of new features through secondary research, benchmarking, user interviews, and synthesis
- Contribute to connecting the dots across product areas and identifying dependencies and synergies that Product Owners may not see

About you

- Soft and technical skills : curiosity, autonomy, proactivity. Interest in digital product, proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Education : Master’s degree in business management, in life science, in data or in digital
- Languages : english fluent

Principales responsabilités :

- Participer à la génération d'analyses et d'insights utilisateurs en analysant la façon dont les utilisateurs interagissent avec nos produits, en identifiant les points de friction et en faisant émerger des tendances qui orientent les décisions de feuille de route
- Contribuer à l'harmonisation des pratiques entre les produits en développant des modèles, des référentiels et une documentation qui rendent l'équipe plus alignée et plus scalable
- Apporter ton soutien à l'exploration en amont de nouvelles fonctionnalités grâce à des recherches documentaires, des analyses comparatives, des entretiens utilisateurs et des synthèses
- Contribuer à relier les points entre les différents domaines produits et à identifier les dépendances et les synergies que les product owners pourraient ne pas percevoir

À propos de toi

- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : curiosité, autonomie, proactivité. Intérêt pour les produits digitaux, maîtrise du pack Office
- Éducation : bac+5 en management , en sciences, en data analyse ou en digital
- Langues : obligation anglais courant
