Content Management Strategist

A Content Management Strategist will lead scalable, high-quality multilingual digital experiences across our enterprise platforms. This role partners closely with Product, UX, Technology, Content Operations, and translation vendors to develop content strategies, governance standards, and operational processes that promote consistency, efficiency, and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Spanish-language content strategy and multilingual content management, with the ability to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant experiences for Spanish-speaking audiences. This role will drive multilingual content initiatives, translation quality, content architecture, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) governance while leveraging AI-enabled solutions to optimize content operations and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy, discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization of multilingual content experiences across the Vanguard Workplace Solutions (VWS).
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to define content priorities, scope, roadmaps, and implementation plans that support business and user needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for multilingual content strategy, digital consistency, and language experience governance, including representation on the Content Center of Excellence (CCOE).
- Establish and maintain content governance frameworks, workflows, operational guidelines, and job aids to support scalable content management and quality standards.
- Champion language experience quality by reviewing translated content, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
- Develop and manage multilingual content libraries, content migration strategies, and reusable content structures, including taxonomy, metadata, folder hierarchies, and content fragment models.
- Define and execute content management strategies that leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), the Constellation Design System, and related platforms to create scalable, reusable digital experiences.
- Support and oversee content authoring, publishing, governance, and maintenance activities across AEM On-Prem and AEM Cloud environments.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve content creation, governance, quality assurance, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in content strategy, governance, digital experiences, and content operations.
- Mentor and guide less experienced crew members by sharing content management best practices, technical expertise, and governance knowledge.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Five years related work experience. Three years’ experience in business technology preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

- Native-level proficiency in Spanish required, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to review, validate, and ensure the quality of multilingual content experiences.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content management systems, including content authoring, publishing, governance, and content lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated expertise in content governance, taxonomy, metadata, content modeling, and scalable content frameworks that improve content reuse, consistency, and discoverability.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Technology, UX, and Marketing teams, to deliver high-quality digital experiences and drive content strategy initiatives.
