The IT Operations Senior Analyst – Procurement & Raw Materials Logistics works within the IT Operations team to ensure the highest level of support to the Business for the Raw Materials Logistics and Procurement areas, through solutions developed on SAP AFS.
The role also contributes to ERP evolution projects and will be part of the project team supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the new PLM.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and plan system evolution and enhancement activities.
- Supervise support and assistance to SAP users, with a focus on MM and WM modules.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of IT solutions developed on SAP AFS, working closely with both
- internal and external stakeholders to continuously maintain and improve system performance.
- Collect feedback and business requirements from key users, managing system enhancements in line with
- company objectives and overall vision.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the relevant business processes to translate new needs into functional
- requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform system testing activities to support the release of new solutions.
- Ensure effective user training and continuous updates on SAP solutions.
- Maintain a high-quality level of relationships with colleagues, business key users, and external partners.
Requirements:
- 5–6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, ERP applications, or related consulting roles.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Proven involvement in ERP transformation, system migration, or digitalization projects.
- Knowledge of SAP environments
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and product development processes.
- Background in application maintenance, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
