Hospitality Pastry Chef – BM Caterers
Location: London Bridge Salary: £42,000 per annum Contract: Full time

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our flagship London locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a premium pastry offer across fine dining desserts, canapés, retail cakes and seasonal menu development.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Creating high-quality cakes, pastries, breads and desserts
- Delivering pastry across fine dining, hospitality and retail offers
- Decorating and presenting products to a high standard
- Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation
- Managing stock levels and pastry equipment
- Following food safety, allergen and health and safety standards
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team
- Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Strong pastry experience in a quality-led environment
- Creativity, flair and attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management
- Passion for presentation and innovation
- A collaborative and positive approach
- Confidence working to high standards consistently
