- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Risk Management, OGC and the business, providing clear and practical risk advice and managing expectations throughout the assessment process.
- Contribute to process and service improvements by identifying recurring issues, proposing practical solutions and supporting updates to frameworks, tools and guidance.
This role is for you if:
- You have relevant experience in risk management, technology risk, data risk, AI risk, third-party risk or a related discipline, with practical experience of delivering in these areas.
- You have a background and understanding of Technology, AI and/or Data
- You have Project Management experience coordinating work and supporting or coaching colleagues, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on quality, timeliness and outcomes.
- You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders and knowing when to seek senior input or escalate.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk matters clearly, concisely and pragmatically.
- You have an ability to balance commercial objectives, risk management requirements and operational delivery, demonstrating sound judgement, resilience and a practical approach.
