About this role

Description

We are searching for a versatile Learning and AI Process Improvement Specialist who can operate at the intersection of learning design, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical fluency and program management rigour to drive measurable improvements across how we develop, deliver, and scale learning experiences for our customers.

This role sits within the EU Learning Paths and Programs team within EU Learning, and is central to accelerating how AI is embedded across our learning ecosystem, both in the programs we deliver externally and in the tools and processes we use internally. We need someone who is equally comfortable facilitating AI literacy initiatives to our customers as they are mapping workflows and eliminating inefficiencies. The right candidate sees AI not as a standalone discipline but as a lever for continuous improvement and customer impact.

Key job responsibilities
Learning Program Development and Delivery: Design and maintain scalable learning programs that build AI fluency across diverse audiences. Assess needs through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, applying adult learning principles to create engaging content driving measurable skill development.

Process Improvement and Operational Excellence: Identify and improve operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. Map workflows, define KPIs, and implement solutions that streamline operations. Leverage AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and eliminate low-value manual work.

AI Strategy and Enablement: Serve as subject matter expert on practical AI application in learning and operations. Evaluate emerging tools and platforms, translating complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable guidance for all stakeholders.

Program and Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple concurrent workstreams from scoping through delivery and evaluation. Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing decisions through clear communication and data-backed recommendations.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics frameworks to assess program and process effectiveness. Analyse operational data, benchmark performance, and report impact to leadership, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
