The France Business Operations Executive provides support to the Country Sales Managers, working closely with local, regional and central team partners. The role will provide support in facilitating core sales processes - this includes but is not limited to Channel sales forecast & data analysis, contribute to define sales strategic plan, and support Retail business objectives, follow up and deep analysis of performance.
This role requires proven analytical and communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and multi-task according to changing priorities.
The role is based in Paris and reports to the France Sales Leader for Retail and Distribution route to market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the country sales leadership team and Account Executives on forecast assessments
Gather and consolidate data to facilitate the weekly performance review, key insights per category and market trends
Provide Country Sales leadership with analysis to drive alignment locally as well as Finance on current quarter forecast revision
Provide Account Executive with analysis on a weekly basis to drive alignment with Operations team and handle efficient shipment plans
Assemble Sales / Financial analysis and actively contribute to building quarterly (Q+1) and annual business reviews with Sales leadership
Generate on demand Ad-Hoc sales analysis and present the outputs (excel, Keynote) to the country leadership team
Collaborate with Business Planning & Dev team, Account executives and Country sales leadership on producing high quality outputs for business review meetings
Minimum Qualifications
High level of analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional ability to deconstruct ambiguous, multi-dimensional business challenges into structured, actionable analytical frameworks.
Ability to use available data (incl. situations when incomplete or missing) to generate insight and build compelling arguments
Advanced expertise in designing sophisticated financial models, demand forecasts, commercial trade-off simulations, and P&L impact assessments with uncompromising attention to detail.
High level of curiosity, intellectual honesty and learning agility
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships cross functionally and cross geographically
Strong proficiency with Excel, Keynote, Business Objects
AI & Modern Workflow Fluency: Demonstrated agility in leveraging modern AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate data extraction, market intelligence, and analytical throughput
Strong agility to learning multiple internal systems for reporting and tracking activities
Fluent in spoken and written French and English
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience, including a proven track record (typically 4–6+ years) within a tier-1 strategy consulting firm, ideally followed by in-house corporate strategy, commercial excellence, or strategic finance in tech/consumer goods/retail.
Proven experience leading end-to-end strategic initiatives: from hypothesis formulation and market/channel diagnostics to executive-level operationalization.
Demonstrated track record of influencing senior leadership, translating complex data into concise, high-impact business narratives.
Deep experience in channel economics, retail distribution, go-to-market (GTM) models, and commercial negotiations is strongly preferred.
Master’s Degree or MBA from a top-tier business or engineering school (or equivalent international executive program).
Strong foundation in economics, engineering, data, or quantitative finance.
