This is an ongoing listing, and we welcome caregiver applications year-round. Whether you are looking for a few shifts each week, additional hours, or live-in opportunities, we would love to learn about your experience and availability.
A Little About Us
Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County connects seniors with caregivers who help them remain in the homes they love while receiving the assistance they need.
Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who choose their assignments and set their availability. Tell us the days, hours, and locations you prefer, and our office will work to find clients whose needs match your requested schedule. Opportunities depend on client needs and availability, and you decide which assignments to accept.
We are looking for caregivers with a heart of gold who bring compassion, patience, and dependability to the people they care for.

- Negotiate your rate. Our suggested rates based on market research are $20.00 per hour for hourly care with rates negotiated based on the care provided.

Areas We Serve
We register caregivers to provide services throughout Chester and Lancaster Counties, including the following communities and surrounding areas:
Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Elverson, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, and Landenberg.
Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, and Peach Bottom.
Caregiver Requirements
- At least two years of caregiving experience
- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a valid state ID for live-in caregivers
- Current car insurance for caregivers using a vehicle
- Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
- TB screening documentation: TB test, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
