Your Impact
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals to promote comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Essential Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Provide nursing treatments including wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
- Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Communicate resident status updates with families and healthcare providers
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida LPN License in good standing
- Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred
- Experience in senior care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
