About the Product Advisor role:
MarketStar is seeking a Product Advisor to support a global technology leader's Education business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In this role, you will partner with Inside Sales teams to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of innovative digital learning and collaboration solutions within schools, colleges, universities, and other education institutions. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support customer engagements through product demonstrations, solution consultations, thought leadership, and value-based conversations that help institutions achieve their teaching, learning, and operational objectives.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product stakeholders to execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue generation across the Education segment.

As the Product Advisor expert within the sales organisation, you will equip sales teams with market insights, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge. You will also develop compelling use cases, deliver customer-facing presentations, and help build business cases that demonstrate the impact of digital transformation across education environments.

Location: Onsite, Leopardstown, Dublin 18

Role & Responsibilities:

- Partner with sales teams across EMEA to support engagement with schools, colleges, universities, and other education institutions.
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to identify opportunities, accelerate pipeline progression, and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and solution-based discussions tailored to education customers.
- Support customer conversations by providing product expertise, industry insights, and best practice guidance.
- Work closely with channel partners and strategic partners to promote solution adoption and support joint customer opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally to provide commercial, technical, or strategic guidance.
- Develop business cases, use cases, and value-driven narratives that demonstrate the impact of technology within educational environments.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders to support product and business strategy.
- Enable and train sales teams on product updates, competitive positioning, industry developments, and market trends.
- Represent the business through webinars, virtual events, workshops, and other scaled customer engagement activities.
- Stay informed on developments in education technology, digital learning, collaboration platforms, and institutional transformation across EMEA.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in Education Technology, digital learning solutions, SaaS, cloud technologies, or related technology sectors.
- Experience working with schools, further education institutions, colleges, universities, or education-focused organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to deal progression and closure.
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments and multi-layered decision-making structures.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends, collaboration technologies, cloud solutions, and the evolving education technology landscape.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, webinars, or customer enablement programmes.
- Experience in software sales, account management, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
- Familiarity with education technology certifications or professional development programmes is advantageous.

Compensation Range: €58,000 - €68,000 EUR

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €58,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000 . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
