The Inclusion Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and project support to the Inclusion Team in advancing firmwide inclusion and belonging initiatives. The Inclusion Coordinator will work collaboratively with members of the Inclusion Team, Legal Talent, affinity group leaders, Inclusion Partners, Inclusion Committee, internal communications, events, and other administrative teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Inclusion Team, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.

- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of inclusion programs, affinity group initiatives, celebratory month activities, trainings, meetings, retreats, and other firmwide or team events.

- Prepare, maintain, and update Inclusion Team records and materials, including meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, communications, project trackers, calendars, rosters, budgets, surveys, reports, and other department documents.

- Support affinity group leaders, Inclusion Committee, and Inclusion Partners by coordinating logistics, tracking follow-up items, maintaining contact lists, organizing materials, and helping ensure initiatives align with firmwide inclusion strategy.

- Assist with drafting, proofreading, formatting, and distributing inclusion-related communications, invitations, reminders, newsletters, surveys, and other materials in coordination with internal communications, events, and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate budget tracking, invoice processing, expense management, and related financial logistics for inclusion programs, affinity group activities, conferences, and team initiatives.

- Facilitate collaboration and communication among the Inclusion Team, Legal Talent, Events, Marketing, Office Services, Human Resources, affinity group leaders, Inclusion Partners, attorneys, and business professionals to support successful execution of inclusion initiatives.

- Assist with data collection, survey administration, analysis and reporting, and follow-up tracking to help assess participation, engagement, outcomes, and opportunities for process improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment, tact, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters.

- Flexibility, initiative, cultural competence, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft, proofread, and prepare clear, accurate, and inclusive communications.

- Ability to build effective working relationships with attorneys, business professionals, firm leaders, affinity group leaders, Inclusion Partners, and administrative teams across offices.

- Ability to advise and collaborate with project stakeholders on best practices and proven approaches, while guiding discussions to drive alignment, progress, and desired outcomes.

- Ability to consider both project-level and firm priorities, identifying opportunities to align efforts, streamline processes, and enhance the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.

- Comfortable supporting multiple projects, programs, and stakeholders in a fast-moving professional services environment

- Positive team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage competing deadlines, and work responsibly under pressure.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative or related professional services support.

- Legal or other professional services firm experience strongly preferred.

- Experience supporting inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, affinity group, professional development, or culture-related initiatives preferred.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, surveys, reports, or communications preferred.

Hiring Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00
