Role Overview
Oracle Communications Consulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Sales Representative to drive consulting services bookings growth across telecommunications service providers and enterprise customers in North America. This role is focused on expanding Oracle Consulting's business supporting our communications infrastructure portfolio, including Session Border Controller (SBC), Session Router (SR), Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS), and related network transformation solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a consultative sales strategy that identifies customer business challenges, positions Oracle Consulting as a trusted advisor, and closes complex professional services engagements. This individual will work closely with Oracle license sales, product management, solution engineering, and consulting delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, executive presence, and experience selling consulting or professional services within the telecommunications, networking, or cloud communications industry.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $133,000 to $217,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
