CMDP+ is looking to strengthen their Delivery team with a Construction and Delivery Lead / Project Manager for our Southern Water Framework. MWH Treatment and Costain Group are part of the CMDP+ joint venture that will deliver a range of construction schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water’s water supply and wastewater treatment works within the South and Southeast regions.

The Joint Venture has been set up specifically to execute the 5-year (2025 – 2030) AMP8 capital delivery framework. We will be delivering a programme of works up to £1bn over the 5-year period consisting of both heavy civil engineering and mechanical and electrical activities.

- Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering
- Understanding of Engineering Principles
- Knowledge and understanding of construction contract law and forms of contract through experience and formal training.
- Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Document control system, Primavera software).
Relevant CSCS Card
- Training in Health & Safety and Environmental management
- Current Driving Licence
- Experience of resource management and workforce efficiency
- Experience of NEC3 or 4

Desirable (the ideal)

- Water industry experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- MICE
- MAPM
- Computer competence
- Vocational Training (successful experience of project management)
