About the Role:

Crewe Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Operations intern for the Spring 2026 semester. As an Operations intern, you will actively support a range of ongoing operational tasks and projects, building hands-on experience in process improvement, team collaboration, and the day-to-day functions that drive a fast-growing wealth management practice. The position will be fully integrated into the Operations team and is a balanced program of routine tasks, education, and targeted trainings covering the full spectrum of private wealth management.

The internship will run from January 11th to April 30th. It is an on-site position located in downtown Salt Lake City, requiring availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with optional Fridays, 8 AM to 2 PM.

The internship will culminate in a 7-week capstone project that allows you to apply what you've learned and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Assist with operational processes such as record keeping, client onboarding and offboarding, quarterly client audits, and vendor management.

- Work with the Investment Operations team to generate reports and update information in Tamarac (trading and performance reporting software).

- Administrative tasks (inbox management, social media archiving, filing, etc.).

- Find efficiencies in current processes.

- Support the Operations and Investment Operations Teams with various internal projects and tasks.

- Develop a 7-week capstone project based on assessment of firm needs.

Requirements:

- Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports, administrative tasks, and client service requests.

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), including proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and other tools for staying connected with the team.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Strong organizational skills, demonstrated with proactive outreach and follow-up.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines set by the intern coordinator and team members.

- Adherence to compliance, risk, and corporate/industry protocols.

- Commitment to being on-site for the full duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong process orientation.

- Excel and financial modeling skill set.

- Experience with data analytics or visualization tools.

- Experience with CRM or task/project management platforms.
