Know your way around heavy equipment? We want to meet you.

You’ve spent years learning how to diagnose the tough problems, make repairs that last, and keep equipment working. Bring that experience to Aaction Rents, a family-owned equipment rental company where your skills—and your willingness to share them—can make a real difference.

We’re looking for a Senior Equipment Technician with at least 10 years of mechanical repair experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can help our technicians grow. From troubleshooting in the shop to getting a customer’s equipment running on a jobsite, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers moving.

###

What You’ll Do

- Solve challenging problems: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental equipment, heavy equipment, and trucks.
- Keep equipment ready to work: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Take your skills into the field: Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer jobsites.
- Share what you know: Mentor technicians and help shop and store employees build their skills and confidence.
- Keep everyone informed: Work closely with the Service Coordinator, communicate repair progress, and maintain clear service records.
- Keep learning: Complete at least 20 hours of continuing education and training annually.
