The Cylinder Processor 3 at Air Liquide IT SA is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, filling, and preparation of gas cylinders, ensuring compliance with all company safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves operating specialized equipment and performing quality control checks on gas products. In particular, you will:
- Operate and monitor cylinder filling equipment, including pumps, compressors, and manifolds, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform visual inspections of cylinders for damage, leaks, and proper labeling before and after filling.
- Conduct pre-fill and post-fill inspections, including checking for residual pressure, valve integrity, and cylinder weight.
- Accurately record fill data, cylinder identification, and quality control parameters in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare cylinders for shipment, including labeling, capping, and loading onto pallets or trucks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of filling equipment and associated systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with 5S principles.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training.
- Assist with inventory management of cylinders and gas products.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial gas handling, cylinder filling, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to safely operate and maintain industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of gas properties, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOT, OSHA).
- Ability to read and interpret all written and computer generated documentation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy cylinders (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior forklift experience
- Prior gas cylinder handling and testing experience
- Prior industry experience
