HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by helping translate Revenue Growth Management strategies into measurable marketplace results. In this role, you will support disciplined and competitive decision-making across pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategies. You will improve visibility into Price Pack Architecture (PPA) opportunities across customers, channels, and pack types, enabling stronger category and customer decisions while ensuring strategic pricing and investment choices deliver sustainable business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Lead complex syndicated and non-syndicated data analyses to evaluate pricing, pack size, assortment, and architecture performance across brands, competitors, and industry benchmarks.
- Develop enterprise-level pricing and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) recommendations that support both immediate business objectives and long-term portfolio growth strategies.
- Own end-to-end analytical workstreams, identifying pricing, promotional, and execution opportunities, developing recommendations, and partnering cross-functionally to drive implementation.
- Synthesize insights across brands, categories, customers, and channels to inform strategic Revenue Growth Management decision-making.
- Influence pricing strategy decisions through clear, compelling, and executive-ready recommendations and presentations.
- Lead recurring pricing and promotional performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions across brands and customers.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align pricing and promotional strategies with commercial, consumer, and financial objectives.
- Support commercial performance routines and post-event analyses to measure effectiveness and optimize future investment decisions.
- Translate competitive analysis and strategic pricing guidance into actionable customer-specific recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and help shape pricing strategies that balance customer, consumer, and financial outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, analytics, marketing analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced Excel skills and experience developing analytical models.
- Proven ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading analytical projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and make recommendations despite incomplete data.
- Experience balancing short-term execution needs with long-term strategic business objectives.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- Experience working in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- Experience utilizing syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar market measurement tools.
- Direct experience with pricing strategy, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), or Revenue Growth Management frameworks.
- Strong data visualization, storytelling, and presentation development capabilities.
- Experience building dashboards and delivering insights through tools such as PowerPoint and business intelligence platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise-level, portfolio-wide, or category strategy work.
- Experience navigating complex pricing ecosystems, including promotional strategies, EDLP environments, channel dynamics, and customer/consumer tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$94,000-$129,300
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
