Warehouse Custodian / Sanitation
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and organized. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Keep warehouse floors, work areas, and common areas clean and orderly.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate cleaning equipment.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and collect cardboard and scrap materials.
- Safely operate compactors, cardboard balers, sweepers, and scrubbers.
- Assist with parking lot cleaning and snow removal as needed.
- Perform basic facility maintenance and report issues to the Maintenance Lead.
- Follow all safety procedures and support the Maintenance team.
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Custodial, sanitation, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
