Your Role: Fill/Finish Operator

As a Fill/Finish Operator, you will support sterile manufacturing operations by filling antigen serials and preparing final product formulations. In this role, you’ll independently perform product processing in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Directions, cGMP requirements, and proper aseptic techniques to ensure product quality and sterility.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manufacture and compound sterile solutions and other parenteral products, including obtaining, weighing, measuring, and adding raw materials according to production procedures.
- Set up, operate, inspect, and dismantle production equipment for cleaning while assessing equipment and materials for readiness prior to use.
- Assemble antigens into final product formulations and prepare adjuvants and other intermediates while maintaining product sterility.
- Accurately verify and document the identity of components used in formulation while adhering to cGMP documentation requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Filling Manufacturing Directions, and established aseptic processing practices.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or similar regulated environment preferred.
- Skills: Ability to perform calculations and conversions involving weights, volumes, and percentages; computer aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and software.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

- Knowledge of hazardous waste handling, decontamination, sterilization, and BPE methods.
- Understanding of basic cGMP and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory practices, biology, and microbiology.
- Understanding of aseptic manufacturing or processing environments.
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.

Additional Information:

- Overtime may be required based on production demands.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
