The LCBO is   seeking   Holiday   Customer Service Representatives   who are passionate about delivering   exceptional   customer   experiences in   our retail stores across Ontario   from   November   16 to   December   31 , 2026 .   If   you are   interested in becoming a friendly ,   helpful go-to expert for   customers during   the   holiday season,   this role is   a great opportunity   to make a positive impact.

Through   paid online training, you will   build your   customer service   skills   and   discover the world of   wine, beer,   cider   and spirits ,   giving   you   the confidence to   support   customers   and make their holiday shopping experience memorable .

About the Role:

You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite  
Reporting to the Store   M anager, you will :

- Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience .

- Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign .

- Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns .

- Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,   organized   and safe for all .

- L ift   cases of   various sizes   and weights   ( up to 40 lbs./18 kg)   repeatedly   while   standin g for   long periods   of time .

About You:

- Comfortable   supporting customers and working effectively with teammates .

- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit) .

- You must be at least 18 years old .

- Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus .

- Required Availability

- Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close) .

- Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4 - to -   8-hour   shift) .

Holiday Availability:

- Christmas Day (December 25) .

- Boxing Day (December 26) .

- New Year ’ s Eve (December 31) .

Additional Availability

- Additional   work may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs .

- Schedules are posted two weeks in advance .

- Extra shifts may come up on short notice .
