Team: International Growth - International B2B
Location: London, UK (Hybrid position, in office 2 days per week)

Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.

Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.

About the Job

We are seeking a strategic, highly autonomous Marketing Manager, International B2B, who loves building scalable systems, navigating open-ended briefs, and driving expansion across international B2B dining and hospitality markets. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end content strategy, execution, and optimisation of growth hacking projects, prospecting initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns. By obsessing over iteration speed, multi-channel attribution, and AI-enabled workflows, you will connect lead tracking data across all channels to eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate acquisition velocity. Working from our London office in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate teams and channel owners, brand marketers, and diverse global cultures to elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale high-impact growth hacking systems and marketing campaigns to accelerate B2B customer acquisition and expansion across international markets.

- Plan and produce B2B content campaigns e.g. research, case studies, gated assets, that speak to restaurant and hospitality decision-makers and convert into qualified pipeline, working with SEO teams where useful but owning the storytelling angle end to end.

- Own and optimise the end-to-end content strategy, email and website creation, and lead gen campaigns to maximise audience engagement and pipeline conversion.

- Deep understanding of full-funnel data, campaign tracking, and how all systems integrate with the sales CRM.

- Maintain robust end-to-end B2B lead tracking reporting and multi-channel attribution frameworks to accurately connect touchpoints across the entire buyer journey, including content-sourced leads.

- Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to enhance audience segmentation, campaign personalisation, and operational efficiency across marketing workflows.

- Lead experimentation roadmaps, executing rapid A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve iteration speed, conversion rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value.

Minimum Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing within a B2B environment.

- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots on multi-channel B2B attribution, full-funnel lead tracking, and campaign performance measurement.

- Experience producing B2B content (research, case studies, gated assets) with a clear line from content to lead generation, not just brand awareness.

- Proven track record as a proactive builder who thrives with ambiguous briefs and excels at solving complex operational inefficiencies.

- Strong understanding of full-funnel data, lead tracking, and attribution frameworks.

- Practical experience applying AI tools or automation to streamline marketing workflows, campaign execution, and data analysis.

- Hands-on experience building landing pages and web assets with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Wordpress, as well as building email campaigns.

- Proficiency in managing core B2B marketing systems, including Salesforce and Marketo.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience driving international B2B growth and collaborating effectively across diverse cross-cultural markets.

- Strong writing/editing instincts, with experience briefing designers or working with content/SEO/brand teams to ship polished assets fast.

- Hands-on experience implementing multi-touch attribution models that tracks pipeline reporting and funnel analysis.

- Demonstrated success in prospecting campaign design and customer lifecycle retention modeling.

- Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI marketing technologies, copilots, or marketing automation platforms.

- Passion for restaurants, hospitality, and dining culture.

The best connections happen face-to-face, whether you’re sitting down to dinner or having coffee with a coworker. That’s why OpenTable has adopted a hybrid workplace model. This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week—giving employees the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Work Environment & Flexibility

At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.

Inclusion

We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.

If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application/interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
