This position leads with a clear purpose of creating a healthy work environment for staff, providers, and patients. Maintains a clear focus on care and services to patients, families, and staff, by incorporating the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center at the core of their activities. The Technical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the performance and safety of laboratory staff under the direction of the Laboratory Manager. The incumbent also supports continuum of patient care by performing chemical, microscopic, serologic, hematologic, immunohematologic, parasitic, molecular and bacteriologic tests to provide data for use in treatment and diagnosis of disease in all areas of Coulee Medical Center. The incumbent is responsible for performing routine duties, for training and overseeing of General Supervisor, new laboratory personnel, Quality Control and other duties as directed by the Laboratory Manager.
