We're seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Trainee Valuer . If you have experience building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working towards targets, we can provide the property training required to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting homeowners and discussing their moving plans
- Providing advice on the local property market
- Conducting property valuations
- Winning instructions and bringing new properties to market
- Building relationships with vendors and buyers
- Working closely with branch teams to achieve targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence meeting clients face-to-face
- Commercial awareness and a positive attitude
- Driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- Full UK driving licence preferred
