About this role
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency evaluations for individuals in emotional distress, makes appropriate treatment recommendations, and coordinates patient admissions to the Division of Mental and Behavioral Health in an effort to ensure that high quality health care services are provided by the COPE Team. Relies on education, experience and judgment to accomplish job. Creativity and some latitude is expected to complete responsibilities.
- 2 years of social work experience
- Master's Degree
- Crisis Intervention Training within 90 days of employment
- Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communications skills, basic computer skills
- Current LCSW license from the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners
