A private membership-based practice in southwestern Connecticut is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its team. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, provide wellness visits and house calls, build long-term patient relationships, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical support team. - Board-certified M.D. in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics
- 5+ years of licensed physician experience
- Experience in longitudinal primary care preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Active Connecticut medical license and current BLS certification
