WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and coordinate all artwork development both of new development or existing modification for local markets:
Bargaining with supplier in term of target delivery.
- Coordinate artwork development project involving all related part including supplier follow timeline target.
WebCenter and RPQC process.
- Proof on the Spot process and color tolerance provide.
- Make sure the result delivery achieving the launching target.
- Giving good integrated report for all artwork development process and project activities:
Collect and analysis all data result.
- Provide the completed report by acknowledged involved department.
- Discuss with superior in order to make good and integrated result.
- Support and give valuable input for every continues improvement project:
Give input how to solve the problem/improve the process.
- Together with SC department achieving the target of Cost Saving Project.
- Support for KPI department achievement.
- Support and Finalize all Global Packaging Project:
Food Safety Packaging Implementation.
- Color management implementation.
- Capable to be a leader for certain project:
Capable to lead a meeting for finalize the project.
- Capable to arrange and conduct a project meeting.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Packaging Technology, Graphic Design, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Packaging Artwork Development, Packaging Technology, or Graphic Design within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of packaging development, food packaging requirements, and artwork management processes.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Quality Systems, and Packaging Compliance.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant graphic design tools.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and continuous improvement mindset.
