About the role:
Leads HR M&A integration portfolio management and serves as a key strategic partner on the front end of transactions. Partners closely with Business Development, Legal, and BU HR to support pre-diligence deal assessment, shape the HR approach, and ensure effective transition from deal strategy through integration execution. Oversees portfolio priorities, risk, and resources to support successful acquisition outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead HR due diligence and translate findings into deal strategy, risks, and integration priorities.
- Lead front-end HR integration strategy and planning for acquisitions.
- Oversee deal governance across the HR M&A portfolio, including risks, decisions, priorities, and resource needs.
- Manage and develop Program Managers and Project Managers.
- Partner closely with HR M&A Operations for execution across Compensation, Benefits, Data, People Integration, Payroll, and related workstreams.
- Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Business Development, and HR COEs throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Ensure each deal has the right team, resources, and support based on complexity and timing.
- Drive clarity on ownership, decision-making, escalation, and key milestones.
- Build team capability in diligence, integration strategy, and end-to-end deal leadership.
- Provide senior HR leadership during critical deal and integration milestones.
- Serve as a senior leadership backup to the Director, HR M&A COE
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience with significant hands-on involvement in M&A due diligence and integration
- Proven people leadership experience required, with a track record of directly managing and developing teams
- Strong understanding of workforce financials, compliance exposure and HR operating models
- Comfortable leading senior-level discussions and making calls under ambiguity and time pressure
- Willingness to travel and provide onsite support during critical integration milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree
- Advanced MS Office capability; able to produce executive level materials quickly
- Strong partnership experience; ability to collaborate with Business Unit and CoE's

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
