**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide application support and maintenance to ensure continuous service availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement enhancements and upgrades.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Document processes, configurations, and support activities.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in application services or related technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and service management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
