Job Summary:
Provides leadership and operational oversight for civil engineering activities within an assigned region. Manages technical teams, project performance, and client relationships across multiple projects or business units. Ensures consistency in civil design quality, resource utilization, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Leads regional strategy, business development support, and team development efforts to advance operational excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads regional civil engineering operations, including staffing, resource planning, project oversight, and financial performance.
Oversees multiple civil engineering project teams to ensure consistent quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
Develops and maintains client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for civil engineering matters.
Implements regional strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive growth and operational effectiveness.
Manages recruitment, training, and performance of civil engineering staff, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Monitors project budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Promotes innovation and process improvement initiatives that enhance civil design efficiency and delivery standards.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including regional or multi-project leadership responsibilities required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
NCEES record for licensure maintenance preferred.
