Ensures a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services including electronic records retention processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system. Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers. May analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched. May maintain extensive knowledge of product information and continuous contacts with local, regional, and divisional customers.
The Data Management professional will primarily support AMMM with implementation of Enterprise Information and Data Management processes, systems, tools, and all related activities. Assigned activities may include reviewing contractual data requirements beginning in the proposal phase, schedule, track, process, submit prime contract deliverables to end customers electronically in company or customer systems, implement contractual changes and support contact closeout actions. Ensure adherence to contractual due date schedule criteria as well as application of contractual and security classification markings on program generated data prior to formal release and delivery. Support line of business compliance with company and International Standards Organization (ISO) standards such as AS9100 for document and data control and control of quality records. Coordinate DM activities with other functions, including but not limited to contracts, legal, program management, engineering, and finance. Prepare data management generated documents. Resolve data problems quickly and effectively. Provide DM CDRL schedule, status, metrics, look-ahead and deliquency reports, and other DM related artifacts to program or customer personnel as applicable. Participate in DM common process activities going across Aero lines of business, contributing to efficiencies and cross-program training or support. May provide DM surge coverage to other Aero line of business programs.
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in data management, or a related discipline..
• Familiarity with supporting contract proposals/data requirements analysis and/or data management processes.
• Experience with contract-driven data scheduling and/or management.
• Working knowledge of document/data control, ITAR, FAR/DFARS, and/or commercial data regulations.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, or other collaboration tools.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, equivalent experience/combined education considered.
• Knowledge of contract administration, Department of Defense (DoD) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) or commercial deliverable data requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; strong interpersonal ability to build consensus across multidisciplinary teams including both internal and external customers.
• Experience with process improvement techniques.

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $74900.00 - $139100.00
