Celebration Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, hands-on Parts Manager to lead our parts department. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in running an organized operation, developing a strong team, and providing outstanding support to our service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.

This is a front facing customer service position at times. We are looking for clean cut, put together individuals with the ability of representing our name and brand to the highest standards as they interact with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily parts department operations, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable.
- Train, coach, and support parts employees to deliver accurate, efficient, and friendly service.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, returns, and obsolete parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and reconciliation.
- Work closely with the service department to get technicians the right parts on time.
- Track special orders and backorders, communicating updates and resolving delays.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail customers, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
- Monitor department performance, expenses, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee manufacturer returns, warranty parts retention, and applicable GM parts procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized department and promote safe work practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive parts management or department leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of parts catalogs, inventory management, and dealership parts operations.
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize competing needs, and follow through.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability for department results.
- Comfort using dealership management systems and reviewing performance reports.
- GM dealership parts experience is a plus.
- Tekion experience is a plus.
