Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience across multiple Workday product areas.
- Experience leading large-scale Workday implementation programs and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources.
- Strong expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, Orchestrations and Workday integration architecture.
- Experience integrating third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Recruiting, Identity Management, and custom enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, technical advisory, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive complex technical decisions.
Workday Technical Leadership:
Provide hands-on guidance and oversight for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.

- Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)
- Core Connectors
- Cloud Connect Solutions
- Document Transformation
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Workday Orchestrate
- PECI/PICOF and Payroll Integrations
- Financial and Banking Integrations
- Identity and Security Integrations
- Establish technical standards, reusable assets, and integration frameworks that improve quality and delivery efficiency.
- Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the practice.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - 160,000 (CAD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
