Position Details:
Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital (Full-Time)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This position collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Required Licensure
- Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Preferred Experience
- Two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience.
- Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must obtain a Medication Therapy Services Certificate issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
