About the Role:

Intelliguard is looking for a Market Development Associate to join our growing commercial team.

This is a hands-on developmental role for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise in hospital pharmacy, healthcare technology, and commercial development. Unlike a traditional BDR role, this position starts with the customer. You’ll work alongside Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales, including time onsite during hospital implementations and go-lives. That firsthand experience will help you understand pharmacy workflows, customer challenges, and how Intelliguard creates value.

You’ll also support new business development by researching target accounts, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and helping create new conversations for the Sales team.

The ideal candidate understands hospital pharmacy, is curious and comfortable with customers, and is energized by innovation and change. You should be willing to ask why things are done a certain way, help customers consider new approaches, and learn how to turn real operational challenges into commercial opportunities.
